Our company is successful when we embrace our core values. They serve as our behavioural compass and determine how we carry out our work.

To encourage all companies within the group to achieve this objective, we have recorded our core values and behavioural rules in this company regulation. This document outlines the ethical principles and behavioural rules that form the foundation of our company’s activities and employee conduct. Where possible, we refer to specific policy statements or internal procedures.

We believe it is important that these values are put into practice within all operating companies of PMF Industry Group and that the work is carried out in accordance with the letter of the code of conduct, policy statements and internal procedures. PMF Industry Group management will ensure that employees will never be harmed by their strict compliance or reporting of situations that violate or appear to violate these rules and regulations.

The regulations have been drawn up as clearly as possible to ensure that every employee can take responsibility for complying with them. However, situationsmay arise in daily practice to which theregulations do not provide animmediate answer. In such cases, you should act in the spirit of the Code of Conduct, using your common sense and considering the interests of the company. If you are unsure how to act in a specific situation regarding our ethical principles and rules of conduct, we stronglyrecommend that you consult your supervisor.
